Sat 3/16 - Brain Awareness Day at the Medical Museum in Silver Spring - Explore the exciting world of neuroscience with brain scientists, researchers, clinicians and museum educators and enjoy interactive demonstrations and exhibits about the brain.

Sat 3/16 - Arduino Day 2019 - Arduinos are a type of microcontroller.. Like a mini-computer, but it only runs one program. Come on out on Thursday nights for our electronics night and we can show you what Arduinos and other similar boards can do!

Tues/Wed (3/19-3/20) - Oregon Ridge Nature Center - Amphibian Walk - Join a naturalist in the wetlands of Oregon ridge to listen for the calls of frogs and toads. Learn what each sounds like, why they call and where they live and also learn about FrogWatchUSA’s monitor effort.

Now through April 22 at Annmarie Sculpture Garden in Solomons - Annmarie’s Salon des Refuses: A Last Chance Show and Sale - Modeled after the Parisian Salon of 1862, this is an ‘exhibition of rejects’ that includes works that have previously been turned down by a gallery or show, or just haven’t sold.
