Sat 9/28 - Quiet Waters Park - 2nd Annual Twist and Stout Festival - Featuring lots of local beer and wine, live music, food trucks and lots of artisan vendors

Sat 9/28 - Beverly Triton Park - Wild Mushroom Hike - September is a great time of year to find wild mushrooms. Join a ranger and learn how to identify types of mushrooms that grow wild in this area.

Sun 9/29 - OktoberFest - West Annapolis - In addition to all the great food and music, there will be plenty of artisans, including us! We’ll be showing off, and selling, some of the fun things we’ve been making with our new laser cutter!

Tomorrow 9/27 - Let’s Make Pizza with a Napolitan Chef - Join Chef Alba and learn how to make hand made pizza dough, get tips on cooking with your home oven if you don’t have a pizza oven, as well as learn about different kinds of pizza such as napolitan, turkish, stromboli, sicillian, focaccia and dessert pizza.

Raye of Light Studio

Tues 10/1 - Girls with Graphite session 1 - For girls who love to sketch and doodle, you’ll learn how to take your drawings to the next level making them sharper, cleaner and more realistic. This class runs every Tuesday night in October, from the 1st through the 29th.


Maggiano’s Little Italy

Sat 9/28 - Kids Making Meatballs and Marinara - your little sous chefs will work with Maggiano’s chefs to learn how to bulid their own Maggiano’s Meatballs and famous marinara sauce. Kids will receive a chef hat and apron to take home with them and after 8 classes, they’ll receive their own monogrammed chef coat. The class is preceded by a family style breakfast as well as bloody marys and mimosas for the parents.


Art Farm - Annapolis

Tonight 9/26 - Their Stop Animation class for ages 10-15 has its first of eight sessions. Learn to work in teams to create short stop-motion based films.

Tomorrow 9/27 - Good Vibes Open Mic Night

Mon 9/30 - Second session of Street Art, Graffiti and Public Art for ages 11-15 - Learning to paint in the styles of famous street and graffiti artists, experiment with different mediums including sticker making, graffiti lettering, stencils, street installations and more.

Tues 10/1 - Art Foundations for ages 6-8 - This is the second session of this 8 week class. Kids will hang out in their downtown art studio and work on creating art as well as learning how to express themlselves visually.

Also Tues 10/1 - Adult Drawing Class - This is the first in a 4 week set of classes for the true beginner hosted by artist Anita Hagan.

Lastly on Tues 10/1 - What’s Dope Open Mic night featuring hip hop and spoken word

Wed 10/2 - Mixed Media Art for ages 8-11 - This is the second of 8 sessions, but there’s still time to sign up for the rest. Kids will learn about various media including charcoal, paint, pastels, collage and more.

Wed 10/2 - Intro to Improv Fall Semester for adults
