The Kid Museum also has Virtual Field Trips in three groups, 1st-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade and 6th-8th grade with topics such as Intro to Stop Motion Animation, Chain Reaction Machine, KID City, Things That Fly, Intro to Engineering/Design Process (EDP), Intro to 3D Digital Design, Design an Energy Efficient Lunch Box, Circuits, Intro to Scratch, Sustainable Building Design Challenges, and Intro to Coding with MakeCode.

Also, educators should check out the KID Museums’s Make It! Classroom, virtual maker programming featuring either semester or year-long program aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards that can be seamlessly integrated into a science class, STEM elective or enrichment settings for elementary students.
